pursuit of happiness

I try to live a pretty simple life, I don't want my kids to have an abundance of toys or rely on TV and other electronic toys to entertain them.  We actually steer away from toys that make noise.  Myles doesn't need an elephant that makes noises, he does a pretty good job himself!  When Myles was born I chose not to use a swing, excersaucer, pack and play, etc. He was very content playing on the floor- probably just like we were when we were babies. 

Then she came along...

and he is VERY hands-on loving of his little sister

                                     

So this is where we are now, I can cook dinner and Savi can feel safe and probably a little protected!
